Colin Kaeser

Colin Kaeser

Colin is here to help you resolve your family law issues. He studied mediation in 2000 and completed advanced training in 2004. He has conducted many conciliation and pre-trial conferences at the Family Court. He was a Registrar from 2005 to 2022, and a Family Law Magistrate from 2010 to 2022. He completed a mediation refresher course in 

Colin is here to help you resolve your family law issues. He studied mediation in 2000 and completed advanced training in 2004. He has conducted many conciliation and pre-trial conferences at the Family Court. He was a Registrar from 2005 to 2022, and a Family Law Magistrate from 2010 to 2022. He completed a mediation refresher course in February 2022 and is now a nationally accredited mediator. 


Prior to completing law (in 1994), he obtained an Honours degree in Psychology. Colin is keen to help people resolve their own disputes. He understands the importance of people taking control of their own destinies and making decisions that affect their lives. 

Colin has been listed as a Leading Family Law Mediator in the Doyle's Guide in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
