Family Dispute Resolution (Parenting)

After separation, you may need guidance and help to put parenting arrangements in place.

We offer family dispute resolution via co-mediation with an independent Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner - Liz Grayshon. Liz can provide a Certificate under s60I of the Family Law Act.

The co-mediation model we practice involves: 

1. Contact me initially. If you wish to proceed, Liz will arrange preliminary intake sessions with you and the other parent.

2. At the mediation, we will mediate together, so you effectively have 2 experienced mediators helping you both.

The intake sessions are $300 plus GST per person. The joint session (or shuttle mediation) is $1,500 (total) for a 3-hour session.
