Collaborative Practice

I am a member of the Council of Collaborative Professionals WA and am available as a Collaborative Coach. I am also on the Board of the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals. Collaborative Practice is a different way of resolving disputes involving families. It will change the way you think about dispute resolution.

Parenting issues, financial settlements, deceased estate disputes and succession planning can all be resolved in this way.

In Collaborative Practice, a team is assembled to help the parties resolve their issues. That team usually comprises a Coach, lawyers for each party, and a financial neutral (such as an Accountant or Financial Planner).

Each member of the team works together to create solutions that suit both parties.
