Mediation is a facilitated negotiation process. It enables people to discuss issues in a safe and comfortable environment. Not only can mediation help people reach agreement, but it can also provide lasting positive changes. Mediation helps people get to the heart of issues.
Colin charges $3,500 per day plus GST for a mediation or "mediation-style conference". That covers whatever issues you want to discuss. It is possible to resolve financial and parenting issues in one session. The set cost includes pre-mediation sessions, where he will obtain some background information and can answer any questions.
Our focus is on helping people resolve their disputes. Colin's experience and expertise as a former Magistrate and Registrar of the Family Court of Western Australia means he understands the issues involved in family law disputes. His background in Psychology and his skill in mediation provide him with the tools necessary to help people resolve their family law issues.
Colin has the skills in mediation to deal with any conflict. Commercial disputes, workplace issues and civil litigation can all be resolved through the mediation process.
Yes. I cannot issue a certificate, as they can only be issued by a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. I can co-mediate with an FDR practitioner, and that person can provide a certificate. There is no extra cost for this service.
